• Administers physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assists in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitors patient responses and reports progress to PT.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensures a safe and clean environment for treatment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a current state PTA license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program. Additional requirements include:

• Rehab or acute care experience preferred
• CPR certification required
