Role: Registered Nurse in a specialized rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult inpatients recovering from stroke, brain, and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.
- Conduct patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and support intensive rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and physicians.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
- Promote safety and independence using advanced rehabilitation technologies and best practices.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment.
- Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
- Knowledge of advanced rehab technologies and evidence-based practices.
