Travel RN - Rehab - In Patient

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility position requiring an IA or compact license and offering a 12-hour day shift schedule.

• Active RN license (IA state or compact) required
• Current certifications: BLS, Child and Adult Iowa Mandatory Reporter
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• 6 months of experience in acute, rehab, or long-term care preferred but not required
• Basic computer knowledge and effective verbal and written English communication skills required

• Work in a 20-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital unit
• Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating requirements
• EPIC EHR used
• Provide intensive, patient-focused rehabilitation nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
• Candidates must be cooperative and demonstrate strong teamwork skills
• Navy scrub color required
• Candidates must live outside a 60-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the travel assignment
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
