Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time or Full-Time

• Provide personalized recommendations and exceptional assistance to our clientele.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling premium products.
• Build and nurture client relationships, in-store and through follow-up communication.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Ideal qualifications include energy, enthusiasm, and a drive for excellence. Experience in the optical industry is welcome but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in tech, eyewear, or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle challenges.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Experience operating a POS system.
• Previous experience in luxury sales or the eyewear industry is a plus, but not required.
