Inside Sales Coordinator (Eastern Iowa Branches) – Coralville, IA
Salary: $40,000 annual base + monthly bonus potential, OTE for 1st year up to $70K+
Job Responsibilities- Sell A4 and low-end Quadient products to existing customers and prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce, Price Force, Docu Ware, and Docu Sign to support and manage all sales workflows.
- Prepare detailed and accurate sales quotes for the sales team.
- Helping with proposals, contracts, and helping with products.
- Generate and print account review documents for sales representatives.
- Contact customers to schedule account review meetings on behalf of the sales team.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and manage all required paperwork to initiate orders, coordinate deliveries, and complete the sales process.
- Maintain consistent communication with the sales manager and sales representatives to ensure alignment and workflow efficiency.
- Complete required manufacturer training courses to obtain and maintain product certifications.
- Assist with planning and executing large machine placements as needed.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in daily responsibilities.
- Ideally someone who has aspiration to get into sales and has strong admin support skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
