Servpro is seeking a Restoration Project Manager/Estimator in Port Jefferson / Stony Brook, NY.

- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing proprietary software and Xactimate.
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors.
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processes.
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
- Provide priority response to potential customers.
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma/GED;
Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - At least 5 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- IICRC certifications are preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
