Sun River Health is seeking a full-time MAT Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Coram, Long Island team in New York. The MAT LPN will work within a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care, uphold infection control, and assist in crisis management while advocating for patients.
Requires NYS LPN license and CPR with 1 year of experience; a 2–4 year preference; driving license may be needed for community referrals. Sign-on bonus offered for eligible external applicants.
