Excellent Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $385,000–$425,000
• Productivity and quality bonuses based on RVUs
• Hospital Weekend Call Compensation
• Recruitment bonus: $25,000
• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000
• Relocation support: up to $5,000
• Optional residency stipend
• NHSC loan repayment eligibility
• 401(k) with up to 5% employer match
• 32 days of paid time off annually
• FTCA malpractice coverage

Balanced Schedule

Maintain a rewarding work‑life balance with a 4‑day work week and a 1:5 call rotation. We go a step further to support your time and well‑being by providing weekend Locum Tenens coverage so you can truly recharge. For weekends you work, we offer Hospital Weekend Call Compensation as additional recognition for your time and commitment.
