  • Competitive base salary: $385,000‑$425,000
  • Productivity and quality bonuses based on RVUs
  • Hospital weekend call compensation
  • Recruitment bonus: $25,000
  • Sign‑on bonus: $10,000

• Balanced Schedule – Maintain a rewarding work‑life balance with a 4‑day work week and a 1:5 call rotation. We also provide weekend locum tenens coverage so you can recharge. For weekends you work, we offer hospital weekend call compensation for your time and commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Completion of a U.S.
  
  -accredited OB/GYN residency.
