About the Role:As a Licensed Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty and grooming services to our residents, including haircuts, styling, manicures, pedicures, and makeup applications. You will work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to facility standards
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to identify and address the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Participate in facility events and activities, enhancing the overall resident experience
- License to practice as a Licensed Cosmetologist in the state of Kentucky
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in cosmetology preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on geriatric care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resident care and satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
