AUDIT & ACCOUNTS SENIOR Established Accountancy Practice Luton, Bedfordshire Competitive salary and benefits GPN Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and growing accountancy practice that is looking to recruit an Audit & Accounts Senior to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice professional who enjoys a varied workload across both audit and accounts.

Key Responsibilities Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion. Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of clients. Prepare corporation tax returns and personal tax returns. Liaise directly with clients, building strong professional relationships. Identify and resolve technical accounting and audit matters. Ensure assignments are completed efficiently and within agreed deadlines. Support and mentor junior members of the team.

Review work completed by trainees. Assist managers and partners with client projects and ad-hoc assignments. Support clients with general accounting and business advisory matters.

Qualifications & Skills ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified, finalist, or qualified by experience. Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice environment. Strong audit experience with the ability to lead audits from planning to completion. Good understanding of statutory accounts preparation. Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
