Salary: Meridian Support Staff Pay Scale Grade 4 point 3 to 5
Actual Annual Salary - £17,266 to £17,815 (FTE £24,796 to £25,583)
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week – 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday, Term time plus 5 dedicated staff training days (39 weeks)
Role SummaryWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, independent and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our new and growing school, which opened in September 2023. The role is to provide administrative support across many areas, with a focus on trips, after school sessions, sporting fixtures and events.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage school trips, including logistics and communication with stakeholders.
- Support the planning and scheduling of after‑school sessions and sporting fixtures.
- Assist with event management and coordination of school activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the school leadership and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using school management systems.
- Identify and prioritise tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Previous experience with Bromcom and/or Evolve is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
