Due to continued success and expansion, a head office location of a national industrial service provider has an exciting opportunity for a National Account Coordinator to join their operations team. You will be managing mainly 3 key national customers accounts across the UK and Ireland:

• Managing all administration support for site resident engineers
• Dealing with all in coming communications via telephone and email from large account customers, providing a high standard of customer service
• Providing first-line technical support, and liaising with company engineers when required
• Processing weekly time-sheets for engineers payroll
• Raising job-sheets and invoices for engineers services
• Compile, produce and analysis weekly reports for Senior Management
• Provide administration support to other internal departments, and other depots based throughout the UK

We would expect the successful National Account Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel. Be an excellent communicator, and have a confident, internal and external customer focused manner with a positive, proactive attitude. You will be supported to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Customer Account Manager, Service Administrator or Customer Coordinator from a technical or hire environment.

You will be joining the UK head office of a company that has been established for nearly 40 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of services. Working directly with the National Operations Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
