Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm + Saturdays on a rota basis

A highly respected and long-established independent garage in Corby is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join its busy, professional workshop team.

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic systems
• Completing vehicle health checks and safety inspections
  
  Working on engines, brakes, suspension, clutches, and electrical systems
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring road safety compliance
• Completing repairs to a high professional standard
• Maintaining accurate job records and workshop documentation
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and operating efficiently

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Mechanic
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Reliable, professional, and detail-focused approach
• Ability to work well as part of a workshop team
• Full UK driving licence
• Someone motivated to continue learning and progressing

• £37,000 – £42,000 salary depending on experience
