We are working on behalf of our client, a well-established main dealer in Corby, Northamptonshire, to recruit an experienced

Job Title:

Aftersales Advisor. This is a full-time position offering an excellent salary package, career development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £36,000
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm shifts, no weekend work

Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process
Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer appointments efficiently
Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain recommended work to customers
Keep customers updated on the progress of repairs and work completion
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
Identify opportunities for additional work to maximise Aftersales revenue
Prepare detailed job cards and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly
Adhere strictly to manufacturer and dealership processes at all times

Requirements of the Aftersales Advisor:

Previous experience within an automotive Service or Parts environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident and professional manner when dealing with customers
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Commercial awareness with the ability to spot sales opportunities
Positive, proactive, team-oriented attitude as the Aftersales Advisor
Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred; however, individuals with Parts Advisor experience or other customer-facing automotive roles are encouraged to apply if they possess the right attitude and customer service skills
