Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Car Polisher (Automotive) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and finish of vehicles through expert polishing techniques. Your work will ensure that each vehicle leaves our facility with a flawless, showroom-quality shine, contributing to customer satisfaction and vehicle value. Responsibilities
Carefully inspect vehicles to determine the appropriate polishing techniques needed for optimal results
Operate polishing equipment safely and efficiently to remove surface imperfections such as scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation
Apply polishing compounds and waxes with precision to achieve a high-gloss finish
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of vehicle detailing projects
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during polishing procedures
Full valid UK driving licence with the ability to drive automatic and manual cars (subject to discuss)
For the insurance purpose you need to be over 21 years old and hold a driving licence for minimum 2 years (essential) (subject to discuss)
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive detailing, janitorial work, or related fields is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality results
Ability to operate hand tools, polishing machines, and other relevant equipment safely
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Pay £16 per
Shift
06:00am to 15:00pm Monday to Friday
Other Information
Car Painter Technicians will be required to complete a skill test.
