As part of The Air Ambulance Service, your work will directly support our lifesaving missions. Every item sold helps keep our helicopters in the sky and our crews ready to respond.

- Oversee daily Store activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyse sales trends and develop strategies to improve performance
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve customer service and engagement
- Manage store budgets and monitor expenses
- Planning and managing deliveries and collections
- Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
- Ensuring an efficient back-room operation
- Delivery of budgeted sales targets and maximising profit
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team
- Creating a store layout that in line with brand guidelines
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work to fixed deadline
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
