The Opportunity

Combining design, off-site manufacturing, and high-efficiency assembly, they deliver large-scale commercial and industrial real estate projects across Europe.

As their presence across the UK expands, they are seeking an experienced and disciplined Site Manager to oversee a major project in Corby. This role requires a professional who can maintain rigorous standards of safety, quality, and program delivery on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations:
  Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring works strictly align with project schedules, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Health & Safety Management:
  Drive an uncompromising health, safety, and environmental culture across the site, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations and company standards.
• Subcontractor Supervision:
  Coordinate and manage specialized subcontractors and package managers to ensure efficient workflow and high workmanship.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct regular inspections, managing snagging lists and ensuring off-site manufactured components are installed to exact engineering tolerances.
