Hours:
Full-time, permanent – 9:00am–5:00pm (9:00am–4:00pm considered for the right person) Salary: £29,000
The Role We're working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Customer Service Executive. This role sits within the contracts and business development function and plays a key part in supporting sales, service, and customer-facing administrative activities. You'll be working closely with internal teams to ensure customer contracts, service levels, and communications are managed accurately and efficiently, while contributing to an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Supporting the sales team with sales and marketing administration Producing annual contract service reports using CRM data Monitoring contracted service levels and assisting with service statistics reporting Maintaining accurate contract and customer data within the CRM system
