Location: Northamptonshire
Salary:
Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Hours: Ideally full-time, with flexibility to agree a pattern that works for everyone
Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays (limited cover to keep it fair)
OOH: None
Sole charge: Some required
You'll be joining a well-run first-opinion practice with a supportive team and realistic expectations. The caseload is sensible, consult times are manageable, and theres trust in your clinical judgement.

First-opinion consultations and routine surgery
Managing medical cases with confidence and care
Taking sole charge when required
Working collaboratively with RVNs and support staff
Building long-term relationships with clients
Maintaining strong clinical and professional standards
