Are you a creative and inspiring Drama Teacher looking for an exciting new role this January? We are supporting a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Corby seeking a talented teacher to deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

We are looking for a teacher who loves guiding students in performance, improvisation, and creative expression. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact!

• Full‑time Drama Teacher
• Teaching Years 7‑11 (KS3 & KS4)
• Temporary role starting January, ongoing
• Delivering dynamic and engaging Drama lessons
• Encouraging creativity, confidence, and teamwork through performance
• Promoting a positive, expressive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working alongside an enthusiastic and supportive staff team

• Plan and deliver imaginative Drama lessons
• Differentiate content for mixed‑ability learners
• Facilitate performances, improvisation, and theatre projects
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to support whole‑school aims
• Maintain flexibility and a proactive teaching approach

• QTS or strong UK secondary teaching experience
• Experience teaching Drama at KS3 & KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability
• Excellent ICT skills and confident curriculum knowledge
