• Build positive relationships with students
• Support emotional regulation and social development
• Work closely with teachers and SEN teams to create a safe, structured learning environment
• Encourage independence and confidence through tailored support

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
• Backgrounds in sports coaching, social care, youth work, early years, or mentoring are valued.
