SEN Teaching Assistant - Daily Supply

Overview

Aspire People are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a day-to-day and long-term supply basis in schools across Corby and the surrounding areas. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a supportive school environment.

• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Supporting classroom learning and engagement
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
• Be patient, caring, and resilient
• Be flexible and adaptable to different school settings
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
