• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
• Support students with their learning where needed
• Work across a variety of subjects (no planning required)
• Gain experience in different school environments

• Relevant UK classroom experience or experience working with young people
• Confident managing groups of students
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive and professional approach
