The Role

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that support pupil progress and attainment.
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience teaching within UK primary schools is essential
  .
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
• Able to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
• QTS is advantageous but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
