GSL Education Leicester are currently recruiting a Primary Teaching Assistant to work across a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools in Corby and Northamptonshire. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who is committed to helping children succeed in their early education.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be working as part of a friendly and supportive school team, assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils' learning and development.

You will play a key role in helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

• Have experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

• Access to accredited education-relevant CPD courses
• Opportunity to gain experience across a variety of school settings
