Salary depending on experience

• Ensuring the site complies with all current Health & Safety legislation and maintaining an up‑to‑date legal register.
• Collecting, analysing and reporting KPI data within agreed deadlines.
• Implementing and communicating corporate H&S policies and initiatives across the workforce.
• Supporting departmental managers with all aspects of EHS management, including risk assessments, training, and auditing.
• Driving compliance with the internal H&S auditing programme.
• Maintaining the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and supporting continuous improvement of environmental performance.
• Working collaboratively with all departments to ensure company rules and procedures are consistently followed.

• NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Previous experience in an EHS role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• Proactive, organised, and passionate about driving a positive safety culture.
