This Site Manager (M&E Background) role will suit a Site Manager (M&E Background) with strong mechanical and electrical installation experience who is confident managing subcontractors and driving site delivery.

About the role of Site Manager (M&E Background)

As a Site Manager (M&E Background), you will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of mechanical and electrical packages. The Site Manager (M&E Background) will ensure all M&E works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.

The Site Manager (M&E Background) will coordinate all M&E subcontractors on site and work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of building services installations.

Responsibilities for Site Manager (M&E Background)

Manage day-to-day site operations with a focus on M&E works.

Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors.

Oversee installation, testing and commissioning activities.

Ensure health and safety compliance on site at all times.

Monitor programme progress and report updates.

Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams.

Ensure quality control across all M&E installations.

Manage snagging, commissioning and handover processes.

Drive site progress to meet project deadlines.

Requirements for Site Manager (M&E Background)

Proven experience as a Site Manager (M&E Background).

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.

Experience delivering commercial or industrial projects.

SMSTS qualification.

CSCS card.

First Aid at Work.

Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple M&E subcontractors.
