About the Role:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Northamptonshire based client is experiencing a surge in PLC HMI Factory Automation and Process Control Systems projects, with impressive growth across the last 5 years- continued expansion in 2026, and planned expansion for the next 5 years.
We’re on the lookout for a talented experienced Control Systems Engineer to join the existing Design team. You’ll handle some of their PLC software design and PLC HMI programming, working with cutting-edge Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC systems. Plus, with minimal LOCAL commissioning (just 1-2 days) at local customer sites, you can enjoy a balanced work-life schedule without the hassle of international travel.

- Hands-on PLC programming experience with Rockwell Automation /Allen Bradley, Siemens, or other major PLC software
- Proficiency in HMI configuration
- Ability to independently design control projects with minimal management input
- Competitive salary: £55,000
- Car allowance or if preferred Company vehicle for both business and private use
