As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key link between the finance function and the operational teams. You'll provide insightful analysis, financial guidance, and strategic support to help drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across the business.

Salary:
Up to £50,000.00 (DOE).

Contract:

Full time, permanent.

• Partner with operational managers to provide financial insight and support effective decision‑making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the development of financial models and business cases for new projects.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team on process improvements and system enhancements.

You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in a management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG (preferred but not essential).
• Part‑qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
