The job:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining strong financial processes and supporting the wider finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include:
Entering customer orders. Processing customer invoices accurately and in line with contractual terms. Monitoring outstanding receivables and proactively following up on overdue accounts. Resolving queries/discrepancies promptly. Supporting treasury activities. Cashflow monitoring. Bank reconciliations and ensuring the timely resolution of variances. Supporting foreign exchange reporting and payment processing as required.
