Finance Assistant

We're delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Finance Assistant on behalf of a manufacturing organisation based in Corby. This temporary to permanent opportunity would suit someone who is looking for flexible working hours (20 – 25 hours per week). The successful candidate will be supporting day-to-day accounts administration and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Processing and posting purchase and sales invoices
• Supporting purchase ledger and sales ledger activities
• Completion of weekly payroll
• Maintaining and updating financial records and documentation
• Assisting with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Providing general finance administration support to the wider team
• Ensuring data is entered accurately within finance systems
• Supporting the smooth running of daily finance operations

• 6 months' previous experience working within a Finance environment
• Knowledge and experience of using Sage Accounts is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
