Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN16
Circa £24,000+ per annum (pro rata)
Extras: Enhanced Sleep-in rate of £63.70 per shift
Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

We are a leading disability charity looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Kettering, Northamptonshire
This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with three ladies and three gentlemen who each have their own unique personalities, strengths, and goals. Your role is to be their advocate, their helping hand, and their partner in independence.
The Shift PatternsTo provide the best consistency for the people we support, we work across a flexible rota. Our usual shifts include:
- Early: 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Late: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Sleep-ins: We require all team members to be able to commit to a minimum of one sleep‑in shift per week (paid at an enhanced flat rate of £63.70).
Every day is different, but your impact remains the same. You will:
- Empower Independence: Assist with daily activities, hobbies, and life skills.
- Provide Emotional Support: Be a consistent, trusting presence in their lives.
- Enable Community Life: Help individuals stay active and engaged with the world around them.
- Personal Care: Provide respectful assistance with personal care where required.
