Pay Rate: £17 per hour

Temp to Perm
- Plan and organise a variety of activities based around residents' interests and abilities.
- Deliver engaging activities including arts and crafts, music, games, quizzes and social events.
- Encourage residents to participate and promote their wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
- Build positive relationships with residents and create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Work alongside care staff to ensure activities are appropriate to individual needs and abilities.
- Support the organisation of special events, celebrations and entertainment within the care home.
- Previous experience working with older people, ideally within a care home or healthcare setting.
- Friendly, creative and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient and compassionate, with a genuine interest in supporting residents.
