We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants
to support both
children and adults with complex needs

Available Role:
Hours:
Monday and Wednesday Night - 21:30 - 07:30
Pay: £12.71 - £14.72
About the roleDuties include:
Ventilation management, including monitoring respiratory status, maintaining equipment, recognising signs of deterioration, and responding to emergencies.
Home Oxygen therapy, ensuring safe administration, monitoring oxygen saturation where prescribed, and following oxygen safety procedures.
Medication Management
, including the safe administration, recording, storage, and monitoring of prescribed medications.Epilepsy and Rescue Medication
, requiring staff trained to recognise seizure activity, administer prescribed rescue medication, and follow emergency protocols.PEG Feeding support, including administration of nutrition, hydration, medication via PEG, stoma site care, and recognition of complications.
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate care documentation
Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies

- Minimum 6 months UK care experience
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for documentation
- Enhanced DBS required
- Experience with children or complex needs preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle preferred
