The Role:
Asa Senior Recruitment Consultant ,youwill:
-Managethe full
360recruitmentcycle ,frombusinessdevelopmenttocandidateplacement
-Buildandmaintain strong relationships withclientsandcandidates
-Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesanddevelopa robustclientportfolio
-Provide consultative advice toclientsandcandidatesinyourspecialistsector
-Meetandexceed billing targets ,drivingrevenueandcontributingtoteamsuccess
What Were Looking For :
- 2yearsof
360recruitmentexperience witha proventrackrecordofbilling(Ideally £180K)
-Strong business development and relationship management skills
