Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Dual Site role – Corby and Hams Hall

We are looking for a highly strategic and driven Inventory Manager to oversee stock management across our Corby and Hams Hall sites. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient inventory planning, accuracy, and operational excellence across both locations.

• Develop and implement strategic inventory plans, forecasting stock requirements up to 12 months in advance.
• Oversee stock allocation, ensuring products are directed to the most appropriate storage solutions (e.g. Auto Store, racking, etc.).
• Support supervisors in delivering effective weekly and monthly stock plans.
• Ensure accurate cycle counting processes are maintained across both sites.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and stock control.
• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations and Key Account Managers to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within inventory management processes.

• Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong strategic planning and forecasting skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Solid understanding of warehouse systems and storage solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
