06:00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Smart Repairer to join a busy, modern bodyshop environment. You will work as part of an experienced team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, ensuring vehicles are prepared and finished to the highest standards for customers. This role is ideal for an experienced Smart Repair Technician / Quickfix professional who is looking for a fresh and rewarding challenge within the automotive sector.

• Polishing newly painted panels, removing dirt inclusions and ensuring a finish that matches factory standards
• Carrying out windscreen, plastic, and interior repairs
• Removing scratches and correcting minor paint defects
• Completing leather repairs to a high standard
• Accurately completing all required documentation and adhering to company procedures
• Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency
• Supporting and training new team members when required

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to support junior technicians and share expertise
• A strong passion for the motor industry with pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions when required
• Excellent attention to detail
