- Know where engineers are and what they’re doing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding schedules.
- Check in on technician progress, tweak routes to save time, and pull reports to address any missed jobs.
- Reshuffle the diary when an engineer is sick or on holiday to keep work on track.
- Maintain organization and keep things running smoothly when the day gets messy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and the team.
- Experience working with field-based teams, managing scheduling and planning.
- Strong prioritization skills, high attention to detail, and comfort solving problems.
This is a permanent and full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday), with no on-call or weekend work, and the office is closed during Christmas.
