• Pay & Bonus: £28,000 – £34,000 base salary + uncapped bonus structure (

• Perform routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and core mechanical work under senior supervision.
• Build your diagnostic fault-finding skills using modern dealer-level diagnostic equipment.
• Execute multi-point safety inspections, health checks, and pre-delivery prep on incoming vehicles.
• Document repair logs accurately and keep the service and parts desks updated on progress.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a supportive workshop team to keep turnaround times fast and quality high.

• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on garage experience (independent, fast-fit, or main dealer).
• Qualifications: None strictly required—practical tool confidence, work ethic, and basic mechanical aptitude are what matter.
