Reward Specialist

I am partnering exclusively with a distribution giant - a front runner in their game and a cracking brand that really invest in their people. They are a growing global organisation with c7000 employees across the world and c2000 here in the UK.

This role will sit as part of their Rewards team on an initial Fixed Term Contract.

The Role - This is a lovely well rounded Reward role giving the successful candidate the opportunity to have a. varied workloads and broaden their skill set

• Working as part of a team to support ensure the reward strategy is designed and delivered in line with the global reward and business strategy
• Ensuring reward frameworks are fair, competitive and compliant - improving them as you go
• Management of various reward focussed projects (including incentive reviews, gender pay gap reporting harmonisation of benefits packages)
• Annual salary and bonus reviews including the analysis of any data finding
• Partner with senior leaders on job evaluation, career frameworks and internal pay structures
• Turning reward data into clear, commercial insights for senior stakeholders

What they are looking for -

• 5 years + working in a similar senior Reward Specialist role
• Experience working within a similar industry - manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution etc
• Comfortable with data analysis and data manipulation
• Experience supporting business through M&A and change initiatives from a Reward perspective
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Northamptonshire (Corby, Kettering, Marker Harborough area)
