You will be leading major programmes, modernising services, and creating new operating models that improve outcomes for our communities. You’ll bring strategic clarity, delivery discipline and creative thinking, inspiring a high‑performing team while working closely with senior leaders, Members and partners across health, emergency services, voluntary organisations and the wider public sector. You’ll also deputise for the Director of Transformation & Strategy, shaping direction at the highest level.
