What You'll Be Doing:
  • Oversee daily Store activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyse sales trends and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve customer service and engagement
  • Manage store budgets and monitor expenses
  • Planning and managing deliveries and collections
  • Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
  • Ensuring an efficient back-room operation
  • Delivery of budgeted sales targets and maximising profit
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team
  • Creating a store layout that in line with brand guidelines
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required
  • Time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and work to fixed deadline
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
