MHE Driver​/Machine Operator – Nights Temporary

Position: MHE Driver / Machine Operator – Nights (Permanent, Temporary)
We are recruiting for an MHE Driver / Machine Operator to join a busy production environment on a temp-to-perm basis.

Start date:

January 2026

Shift Pattern:

* Training:
Day shift (Monday – Friday) during the first week

* Permanent

Shift: Night shift, 22:00 – 06:00, Monday – Friday

Pay Rates:

* Day shift (training week): £15.14 per hour

* Night shift (permanent): £15.62 per hour

Duties:

* Operating MHE and production machinery safely

* Monitoring machines and reporting faults

* Supporting production targets and quality standards

* Following all health and safety procedures

* Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an MHE Driver and/or Machine Operator

* Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

* Willingness to train on days before moving to permanent nights

* Good attention to detail and reliability
