Blow Moulder/Engineer/Machine Setter

Our client is recruiting for a Blow-Moulding machine setter to join their established team in the Corby facility, where blow moulded containers are produced. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assuming responsibility for the performance of production equipment
• Job change machines
• Tool change machines
• Maximising run time of allocated production lines
• Effectively setting the machines to minimise material wastage

Our client is looking for a strong team player with the following attributes:

• Mechanical background
• A desire to learn the blow moulding process
• Willing to work permanent shift system
• Experience in a factory/production environment
• Happy to work a continental shift pattern (mixture of nights and days)
• Confident, personable approach to working in a team

GBP 28,500 to GBP 32,000 depending on experience

• Structured training programme
• Continental shifts
• Overtime available
• Contributory pension
