Welder FabricatorOur client, a well-established and forward-thinking engineering firm, is looking to recruit an experienced MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled individual to work on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects in a modern and supportive workshop environment.
Responsibilities- Carry out MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Fabricate components and assemblies to a high standard of accuracy
- Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong fabrication skills and the ability to work from technical drawings
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications are desirable
