We are looking for Packing Machine Operators

Days £13.03 per hour;
Nights £14.03 per hour

Location:

Corby, NN17

Immediate start

Experience needed

Shift times: AM- 05:50 to 15:50 ; PM- 13:45 to 21:45;
Night shift- 21:40 to 05:50

Temp to perm after 12 weeks

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for Packing Machine Operators to work in a busy production environment.

• Operating, setting and adjusting packing machinery
• Running machines at optimum efficiency with minimum waste
• Producing product to required Quality standards
• Loading film onto bag makers
• Operating weigher systems and bag maker controls
• Setting registration, tracking reels, paper brakes and roller positions
• Forming and packing cartons to Company specification
• Setting up endoline tapers and coding units
• Placing packed cartons onto conveyors
• Identifying rejects and placing them in return bins
• Recording machine stoppages, faults and performance data
• Completing Quality Assurance, allergen control and data entry records
• Counting and recording waste film impressions
• Stripping, cleaning and reassembling machinery
• Emptying waste bins for recycling
• Adhering to Company hygiene rules, Health & Safety regulations and procedures

• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Able to follow procedures and Health & Safety regulations
• Reliable, punctual and looking for long-term work
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
