Overview

Production Operative Our client in Corby are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm contract. You will work as part of a team in a busy manufacturing working environment (galvanizing factory). Applicants must be very reliable, be physically fit and work well in a team within a fast moving production environment where excellent customer service and high product quality is the key to our Clients continued success.

• 06:00-14:30 / 13:00-21:30 weekly rotating shifts
• Night
  
  Shifts:
  
  21:30-06:00 (permanent shift, although training will be provided on Day shift for up to 4 weeks)

• £14.00ph Standard hours
• £21.00ph Overtime (Mon-Sat)
• £28.00ph Overtime (Sunday)
• £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
• £94.00 per week Night Shift allowance

Once taken on permanent after 12 weeks, there will be again a significant pay increase:

• £14.60ph Standard hours
• £21.30ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
• £28.40ph overtime hours Sunday
• £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
• £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
• Bonus payments.
