Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Site Operative to join our recycling operations team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting out in their career who is keen to learn, develop practical skills, and make the most of training provided.

The role plays an important part in keeping the site safe, tidy, and efficient, supporting the wider team and ensuring recycling activities run smoothly.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the recycling site
• Supporting daily site operations, including general housekeeping duties
• Ensuring work areas are kept safe and free from hazards
• Assisting with waste segregation and recycling processes where required
• Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet site standards and operational goals
