Duration: 8x Months

Pattern: Full Time, Onsite

We are currently seeking experienced Cutter Grinders to support a busy and highly skilled manufacturing team on a long‑term contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced Walter grinding technology in a precision motor sport engineering environment, with strong visibility and continuity through to the end of 2026. The successful candidates will work within a specialist tool grinding environment, supporting the manufacture and inspection of precision cutting tools.

The role requires strong hands‑on experience with Walter grinding platforms, including both online and offline programming capability.

• 2 × Walter Helitronic Grinders
• Manual wheel change
• Running Helitronic Tool Studio 3
• 1 × Walter Helicheck Advanced (inspection)
• 1 × Offline Programming Seat
• Running Helitronic Tool Studio 2

• Proven experience as a Cutter Grinder / Tool Grinder
• Strong hands‑on capability with Walter Helitronic grinding machines
• Experience using Helitronic Tool Studio (online and/or offline programming)
• Understanding of tool inspection processes (Helicheck experience advantageous)
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Comfortable working independently within a structured production environment
